The Trees for Tuition Scholarship

At Trees for Tuition selling fresh Christmas trees is just a vessel to help us give back to the same communities supporting us. is 2021 we launched our very own Trees for Tuition Scholarship to help Atlanta students afford college. Now that we are coming to Roswell that means our scholarship fund is coming with us. All City of Roswell students will now be eligible to apply to our scholarship fund along with their Atlanta neighbors. Our scholarship has no GPA requirements and no financial need requirement, just a desire to make the world a better place. When applying to our scholarship each student writes a short 600 word essay explaining how they plan to help make their community and the world at large a better place after college, and let me tell you, we have had some truly amazing students apply over the last few years. This scholarship can be used for tuition, food, rent, and just about anything else a student might need to make their higher education a reality.

Our Tree for a Tree Promise

While providing tuition assistance to well deserving students is our primary goal we also believe in supporting this wonderful planet we all call home. In 2020 we launched our Tree for a Tree program which promises to plant at least one forever tree in a forest in need for every single Christmas tree we sell. That’s a tree planted that won’t be cut down every time you light up your living room with one of our Christmas trees. In addition to this, we also offer a Christmas tree recycling service after Santa has come and gone. With this service, we will pick your Christmas tree up on your desired pick up day and transport it to a recycling center for you. Once at the recycling center, your Christmas tree will be chipped and used in Georgia parks and public places. Remember, whether or not you shop with us this season, purchasing a real Christmas tree each year is far more sustainable than opting for an artificial tree. So keep it real this year folks!
